Since May 2009, I've joined Psiloc, a well-known and recognized software editor for smartphones based in Warsaw, Poland, as a Business Development Manager. Psiloc is amongst the preferred partners of Nokia, some of our applications even being integrated directly on their phones.
My role is to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, find new clients for Psiloc products, negotiate contracts, develop and manage relationships with clients in various countries. I'm working with different units within Psiloc's organization during the entire software development process in order to provide the best tailor-developed product.

Looking for potential customers through phone calls and meetings for the launch in France of Altum, Comarch’s product for managing all aspects of a company.
- CRM: Defining and implementing the fidelity program on the website, editing newsletters, AdWords, as well as answering and managing the after-sale customer satisfaction
- Sourcing of international suppliers, negotiation and choice of the products
Project (part-time) related to my final semester, for which we were setting a business plan (including market studies) for a telco package the company aimed to release on the market.
