I was responsible for recruitment process for one of the biggest Clinical Research Organizations - i3 Research, across United Kingdon, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Czech Republic.

My major responsibilities were:
- proactively sourcing candidates from internal database, job boards and via networking
- conducting interviews with candidates
- coordination of interview scheduling process
- maintaining relationship with candidates through the whole selection process
- providing expertise on Clinical Research market trends to the Client
- running market research projects
