    Over thirteen years of operational management and consulting in organization, I demonstrated my ability to enforce efficiently Management board strategies in the field of finance control. I implemented change management programs in various activity sectors such as retail, energy, telco, pharma and real estate with the aim to deploy new finance control functions, procedures and tools. An additional seven years of experience in cross cultural environment allowed me to coach and train individuals to help them reaching their objectives and adapt to their new environments. Thanks to these twenty years of experience, I am now an autonomous professional, able to drive organizational changes and develop human capital.
