HR tools specialist (SAP), PMI
Currently I'm working as Senior HR Systems Support Analyst (3rd line of support) in Shared Service Center of PMI in Kraków. I'm responsible for the Support team who solves the issues comming from the every-day portal users as well as any issues addressed from HR specialists within the company. This includes the support of various SAP modules - PA/OM/LSO/EIC as well as the support of Self Service Portal, Recruitment Tool, appraisal tool, IMDL (security tool). I closely cooperate with IS team, with Process Team and with configuration team in order to improve the functionality of all the above applications and various HR processes.

2006 - 2008As Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP - HR, I helped to solve the cases, which could not be solved at the HR Service Desk first contact line (Tier 1) - complex issues with multiple facets of investigation and analysis. Closely liaise with the Process Architects and Analysts in the Shell People Competence Center as well as HRIT Global and Regional support organizations, ensuring knowledge transfer to Tier 1 and smooth process integration between the Tiers.
2004 - 2005As senior customer service advisor I was responsible for the support provided to the North American users (within the same company ) regarding web based applications, tools, software like Windows 2k and XP, Microsoft Office, etc.
